My daughter and I purchased two Mustangs, from Gene Messer, on the same day with the same sales person. He was just as nice as he could be while he was trying to sale us our cars. Its the customer service after that is the problem ...They will not return your calls, My daughters tags are still not in. First let me start with the fact that i had a Finance Manager Acting as a sales manager be very rude to me the night i walked in to buy a car...The actual sales manager called us and talked me into coming back in so i did, we worked a very reasonable deal on a car and we purchased it, thats when the fun started, it took almos 7 months before we got the title and license plates, never again will i step foot on that sales lot.
