Everything was done very professionally. John Sullivan was most helpful in all ways. If I lived in Amarillo I certainly would be your customer.
Our salesperson Steve Garvey was extremely helpful and courteous. He treated us with respect and did everything he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We would recommend him to our family and friends.
Worst dealership EVER! Parts department ordered wrong part the first time and then promised the right part would be overnighted. Next day part never arrived and was told they don't even know who they shipped it through. Horrible service, horrible management. I was stuck for three days without my vehicle and had to stay in a hotel because of this. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was sold a vehicle that had not been properly inspected by their service department. I left Amarillo in it and about 200 miles out of town the Transmission Temp Gauge light came on. The mechanic that checked the fluid stated that this had not been changed or serviced in a long time...it was black. He immediately said that whoever I bought this from had let us down or screwed me. Everyone deserves more than an A+ for everything. They did more than was expected and worked even harder.
It’s great to be able to take my vehicle without appointment and have it done, especially on Saturdays.
