service dept is beyond incapable of just doing a simple oil change and tire rotation.. I have had issues EVERY time I have taken my pickup there! ridiculous!!!
Prompt, courteous, and professional...as usual. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gene Messer and this time was no exception. I bought my truck from the other dealership in town but, had such bad experiences there that I went to Gene Messer. They’ve been great! Christian is an awesome technician and I appreciate that I am able to speak directly with him when my truck needs service. They’ll definitely get my business when it’s time for a new one.
Brenden definitely went above and beyond with my purchase. Me and my wife are very satisfied. I highly recommend asking for him.
