I use John Dillon is service regularly, I own an automotive service facility but there are some things we don’t do so when we can’t I use John. They are knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, communication in our business is key and he’s great at letting me know step by step as the process goes on and I appreciate him every time.

This weekend service appointment was the 2nd one where I have paid for a service that I did not receive or they did not complete. Oil filter was loose and leaking oil and they failed to rotate tires. Service manager seemed to be making excuses for poor service. I told her I would not be back. She did absolutely nothing in order to keep my business. Poor customer service.
