Waited two hours for a minor fix because the technician was late to work. Arrived at 7 am for an oil change and 5 minute computer update for an airbag - left at 9. And they charged me for oil change. Awful.

I took my traverse into the service department because it was making an annoying noise when I started it. They told me it was the cd player and nothing to worry about. They also said they performed a complimentary check on the vehicle and wanted 2500 to fix things that had never given me any trouble. They said my power steering g fluid was leaking and my brake fluid was leaking. Both fluid levels were full when I dropped the vehicle off, not when I picked it up. The people were nice when I bought my used vehicle, but as soon as I drove it off the lot- the service ended. In June, 2016, I purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano. Before I even left the dealership, the glue they used to attach the foot rest came off- not really a big deal. Within a week after purchase, the check engine light came on, and the brakes started squealing. After several days of emailing my salesman, he finally contacted me saying there was nothing they could do except to try to trade in the vehicle and get refinanced.... read more
