I want to thank the folks at Gene Messer for their handling of a recent issue dealing with a recall on our Yukon. There was some questions raised about whether the repairs should be charged or free. After listening carefully and with great understanding, to my explanation Saul and Zack in the Service Department resolved my problems and made the repairs at no cost. Had a very bad experience today at this business. after acquiring a used Chevrolet I thought I would take it to the Chevrolet dealership to establish a relationship with them and get the oil changed. What I found was a business trying to up sell me things that I did not need and way over charge for an oil change. I believe $77.45 is just too much for a oil change and air filter. And to top it off the young man helping me was unfriendly and condescending.
Barbara Brackeen- Best Dealership ever! This is my 4th purchase and every experience has been great. Jonathan Lucio was the best. He was professional and totally knew about all merchandise. I went knowing what I wanted and he made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Finance department Andy Garcia made sure I had the best deal available. These two young men are a true asset. Gene Messer is far above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with.

I bought a used car from the Gene Messer used car lot less than 60 days ago. I had it in the shop for the fourth time today. It has had to have 3 repairs so far and I'm told I will need a new water pump soon. I called and requested the maintenance information on,my car and my salesperson has refused to provide me with any information. I was assured at the time of purchase that the vehicle was mechanically sound. EXTREMELY disappointed with the dealership.
