I took my 2013 chevy in for some warranty repairs. So i wouldnt have to sit around the shuttle took me to the mall and were very courteous. My service rep Amanda Gonzales took care of my issues. I would recommend her for any repairs at Gene Messer Chevorlet.

I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my calling them. They took care of my tire and went ahead and did my oil change as well. Their customer service is excellent! Plus, o got coffee and donuts!

They wanted me to bring my car in at 7 am. Don't think they got to it till about 2 pm. Other than that they didf great
I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours was a little long, but continuous status updates and comfortable area to wait made it easy to wait.
The service adviser was very courteous but didn't follow through and gave me wrong information. I explained that I would be leaving town and needed the exact amount for the repair so that I could leave a check with my son who would pick the car up. Part arrived 3 days later and he told me that the car would be ready by 5 p.m. I told him to be sure to let me know if anything changed because we did not live in Lubbock.
