****** and ****** just completed the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, hauled away the old, replaced aging duct work and insulated all. This was a difficult job, taking 5 days to complete and they did it beautifully. They were a delight to work with and were very respectful of my home. Very professional job and well done! I would certainly recommend Gene Burch and his terrific crew for all HVAC needs. Thank you!

**** ** was great in every way--skillful, respectful of my time, calm when dealing with a few unanticipated "little" problems of installation–and, to me, particularly impressive on a personal level–e.g., he was sincerely patient in answering all my numerous and probably annoying little questions. (Given The Virus, patience tends to be in short supply these days, it seems.) You rule, ****!

I ran into a sewer line stoppage issue and was having difficulty getting a plumber through my home warranty. I went ahead and called Gene Burch because they had done other work in my home. At first they told me they didn't have anyone available that day, but within 10 min, they called back to say they had a cancellation and would send someone right away. I appreciate Gene Burch's quick response to addressing my A/C issue. Dave was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very understanding, as I was busy on conference calls for work but he patiently waited for me to get a break to answer questions and pay the bill. Thanks for the excellent service!
