The air conditioner wasn't working and it was a simple problem . He fixed in a matter of minutes.Tomorrow is the hottest day of the year so I was very happy t6o get it up and running .
I had another excellent experience with GB Plumbing. These folks are one the most responsive & professional companies I have dealt with. Easy to get an appointment, they show up as planned, the are expert at what they and they get the job done. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
I was very pleased with the professional way the exam of my plumbing needs was conducted. Brad and Matt were on time and took the time to explain each service that was needed. They were courteous and patient with my questions and although no work has been done yet, I plan to put in an order soon.
The two technicians who worked on my furnace this morning, ****and ******, were on time to the minute, okay with working in tight quarters (the hold of my houseboat), and all-round thorough professionals. I'd ignored maintenance for some time, so they had a lot of work to do but left my furnace all but purring. I couldn't be happier with their excellent service. **** ***.
As usual from Burch, the guys were great--knowledgable, efficient, polite (in the process graciously making sure I understood what needed to be done and why).

*** was professional yet personable. Our thermostat failed. The furnace was installed by a prior owner of our home. We did not know if it was battery operated or wired with a battery backup. ***looked at it and told us that corroded batteries ruined the thermostat and that it was wired but with only two strand wire. He explained to us the two stages of our furnace and the available functions we were missing. He gave us a quote, we approved it, and he rewired and reconnected the furnace with full functionality. ******** has been to my home a couple of times to address what appeared to be a plugged drain line. He was determined to figure out the root cause when I had to call for help twice in 2 months. He took the time to narrow down what he believed to be the problem, and he came out here this week to do the final repair. He not only addressed the problem successfully, but he also took the time to explain the situation to me and make sure I was comfortable with the repairs being made.
