***** came out to inspect garbage disposal. The unit was no good so he replace it in less time than he originally thought. He then cleared the lines because ********* were clogged. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. That's why we are Gene ****** members!

I had Tae at the house to replace two furnace temperature controllers since I had one die after 35 years and the other one was over 20 years old and it was easy to prevent it dying on me. Tae has been here several times and has been a 5 in all aspects of service and professionalism, I didn't realize that he had been with **** ********************** HVAC for 5 years. I have been with **** ********************** HVAC since **** when **** was starting out.

We've been Gene ********************** customers since 2009 for an new furnace and water heater that year. This year it was time for a new water heater. We are pleased with their work and would call on them again.

I wanted to replace both the heater and A/C in my mobile home. The company did an excellent job. ***** was thorough planning his estimate . The work was done on time and the installers kept me informed as the work progressed. All temperature and air flow adjustments were made to my satisfaction before they left.And the invoice was LE** THAN THE E*TIMATE. How often does that happen?Great Job!! Drew *

**** and ***** were on time, thorough in resolving the ducting issues, and very efficient. They were both appropriately health conscious (Covid-19 precautions followed), and they were open to all questions and concerns. I highly recommend these two professionals as well as Gene Burch Plumbing and Heating in general.*****************************

***** H ****** came to evaluate and repair a leak near our water heater while we were out of town. We completely trust the ******************* staff. We worked with **** over a ring camera and he was very patient and flexible.We also had **** and ***** come to evaluate another leak and though it was not a plumbing issue, they went to great lengths to determine and document where it was coming from. They went into the crawlspace, the attic and onto the roof. They were patient, dedicated and easy to work with.

The team members (**** *** ******) who came to our house to give us an estimate and then later to do the install were professional, kind, and very hardworking. Sometimes it can be awkward to have strangers come into your home, but they made the whole process so smooth and easy. They even finished the job a day earlier than expected despite having to be up in the crawl space above the ceiling and down underneath the house while it was 105 degrees outside.
