Had my Mom in the rehab center on Wheeling Street and she suffered 3 falls in the 4 days, one of which resulted in a concussion and hospitalization. Made attempts to communicate with the staff and discuss the care she received and the result was unreturned phone calls and my calls being screened and therefore unanswered. It was difficult to get my Mom’s possessions back, they wouldn’t answer the phone. the whole service has a very poor communication Outlook administration seems to care to only talk to professionals AKA social workers not family members or parents

After checking with our Family & Youth Services ministry, it has been confirmed that there is a plan in place for the best interest of the child.
