GEN X is by far the best VW shop I've ever found! Eric and John are honest, knowledgeable, hard working mechanics. I've had a few things done from mods to oil changes to diagnostic work done,all with fantastic results! I won't be going anywhere else,can't thank these guy's enough.
We’ve been using Gen X Motors for years now and would not go elsewhere! Eric and his crew are so knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly HONEST. This is why we keep coming back to them. Angie in the office is great to work with also. Cannot say enough about them other than I wouldn’t go elsewhere; I have peace of mind when my car has to go in at Gen X and you can’t put a price tag on that!
Our brakes were failing us on our halfway point back from a big road trip and no shop in the area had any availability. Gen X was able to squeeze us into their very packed schedule last minute and saved us from a nightmare scenario. Eric was amazing! They made us feel so comfortable while waiting for the work to be finished. Fixed the brakes and had the car up and running for us in record time. Truly exceptional service, that is how you run a business!
Erik and the crew at Gen X are the last of a dying breed- they are honest, transparent, respectful, and have integrity. Gen X is the only place I will ever bring my vehicles. No matter what the issue may be, I know I can count on them to provide amazing, quality service- and I know my car is a PAIN to work on! Love you guys and I will forever recommend you to everyone.
I’ve only been here once but was good experience good prices and I think I’ll keep coming back for now as I try to get my car to 300k.
