Gemma is a fantastic blend of traditional Texan and Italian sensibilities. The pork chop was excellent and the service was impeccable.
My core group of friends and I come to Gemma for birthdays and all other special occasions. We are repeat customers due to the amazing food, the phenomenal selection of wines, and the awesome staff who take the time to get to know their patrons.
