I took my engagement ring in to get resized expecting it to take about a week, and it only took a couple days. The staff was so helpful and nice, and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t only resized it perfectly, but re-engraved it because the original engraving was off, and cleaned it where it looked better than when he got the ring. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.
They helped me when another jewelry store completely messed up my engagement ring. All the staff was kind and helpful. They now have a lifetime customer ❤️
