Now I can't speak on everyone who works here because we did deal with one person who was very helpful. But Robert Margettie is one of the most disrespectful, and unprofessional people we've ever dealt with who works there. In the beginning he wasn't bad, but he showed his true colors once he tried charging us for oil that didn't show up, wasn't authorized by us and definitely not a part of our lease. He left the file bill in the companies name and told us we owe them $350 and if we didn't pay it our lease would be terminated... read more
I don't know about other Gem facilities but Melville gardens I've heard from word of mouth many bad reviews and also knew someone that had resided there and they hated it
