I am beyond thrilled with my nail experience!! I just started recently to get overlay gel manicures and each time I have gone I have been thrilled with the service. Today in particular I asked to get a specific design and Jeniffer exceeded my expectations. She was meticulous in her attention to detail and the results far exceeded my expectations.
I was seeing Jessi ( WHO IS AMAZING and not why I rate this 2 stars). I was a repeat customer for many months. Would tip on Venmo and pay for services via card. One day, I had a new phone and needed to login to my Venmo to tip. Paid via card. And said “I’ll tip you on Venmo. I don’t remember my password”. Great service! Easy to schedule appointments for services.
I made a last minute appointment at 5:30 for a gel mani and pedi…I didn’t realize they closed at 6. I told them they could skip the massage and all that so they could go home but they insisted on the full treatment with kindness. I very much appreciated them accommodating me and they did a good job to boot.
