Nurses are just as crazy as the patients .
They were awful and felt like a prison! Didn’t care about patients who were sick or having medical emergencies. Would 1000/10 not recommend
I went there thinking it would help but when I was there the staff was really rude and since they have to check on us every 15 minutes the one staff Jaylyn would be on her phone on those tablets and put her phone on top of the tablet. They say “you’ll feel safe here” but I definitely didn’t because they took like 20 minutes to get to a patient who had a seizure and then another patient had chest pains and it also took them 20 minutes to get to him. This place really changed my life and got me back on track. The staff were kind, caring, and truly did their best to help everyone. I want to give a special shout out to my therapist, Tony; he really understands what I needed, and without his support, I wouldn't be where I am today. I was in Reliant Unit. Please note that it's a whole facility to consider and there's many different sections/Units. As for Reliant the staff was extraordinary. Once you get past the whole I just want out of here and focus on yourself getting better, you see the beauty of the facility. The staff, food and overall care is great. I will note that there are many things that need fixed or changed. 1. Phones Phone times are often at bad times and it seems to be getting worse.
