What a helpful bunch of Geeks – I had a whole task list for my Geek Choice PC repair technician and he ran through them one by one. He also showed me how to use my all in one printer, which I never could fully grasp until then. These people are the real deal.
WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS ... UNTIL THEY PAY US – Thinking about getting your computer repaired on a budget? I recommend going elsewhere. Here's why: I called Geek Choice to replace a broken motherboard with a new one I had purchased. The technician they sent was nice, but he was unable to help me, since the replacement board required that I also purchase a new processor. Great Service! – I only know enough about computers to be dangerous, so when I got a computer virus, I didn't know what to do. I called Geek Choice and Mary Ann had a tech out to me that same day. My issue was resolved within an hour and a half. Thanks Geek Choice!
Carcus saver! – The computer is my bloodline. It keeps us in touch with family and freinds, even strangers. I have email, facebook, youtube, twiter, the worksl. Your tech was wonderful and saved my carcus!
It's good – I live out in the middle of nowhere, so you can imagine how shocked I was when Geek Choice said they would still send someone out here. He came right at the time I scheduled, and he was as nice a gentleman as you can find. I am very satisfied with this company.
Great place to get your computer fixed – My daughter just had a wedding, and all of the photos I took were on a computer that crashed. My husband called Geek Choice, since they had once visited and configured a network in the office he works at. Although we had to completely re-install everything, the technician was able to recover the pictures from the wedding. I will always thank Geek Choice for that.
Mission Accomplished! – After all the great help he provided, if Rick ever needs to come back out here, I’m going to fix him dinner!
