great service – The last time I needed a technician to come out here, I had to schedule the visit a week in advance. Geek Choice had a technician that lives right down the block from me, and he was able to come in an hour. That kind of convenience is worth paying for.

Run away don't walk from these incompetents – They don't answer the phone, only leave a message, don't answer the message when left. Tell me they can't fix it but can send someone out that can...I live in Hawaii and they don't have anyone here!!!! They charge my card each month for 3 months and when asked to refund the fees due to the fact that they couldn't fix the first problem on line and admitted that they should refund my charges...they never did. Printer fixers – I just wanted to print something, but my printer wasn
Fantastic Service – My computer was very slow and old, and I called geek choice to clean it up and get it up to speed. Within 5 minutes the tech was nice enough to let me know that my 8 year old computer was very outdated and not worth the $400 it would cost to get it upgraded. He set me up with Joe, who found me a new PC for only $500, and they were nice enough to come back out and transfer over my files too! What a great service.
Be aware – Did you notice that most of the 5 stars rating came from people with very low computer technical knowledge who are very happy that they came to their places super fast? My experience: in summary, if you need somebody to run an antivirus or clean your system a little bit, you may be safe. If you think that's worth 100 bucks per hour. They do have good technicians. Run, DOnt walk! – this is a great tag line for this company, everyone should run to geek choice if you are having computer problems, you actually dont even have to, because they ran right out to me! i called and 3 hours later they were at my house taking away my virus!
Great techs – My husband, who is much better with computers than I, was out of town when my machine crashed. I was on a deadline and was stuck, but Geek choice came out just 3 hours after I called, and now my computer’s in better shape than ever. It’s good to know that there’s a good, reputable computer service company that I can call on in times like these.
