The sound system and lighting system is good but it can be better with few tweaks. Only one lazer lights coming from stage to back. They need to add few more disco lights and it will be on really good level with competition. The music only favours when you’re upfront close to stage. At the back they need more speakers so that people at the back can dance to music beats too not just the front people. Rest is good.
Shane made my experience at Geary so memorable in a good way! He is always so kind to everyone and just wants everyone to have fun!
Went there for an event last night. Ira, Shane and the woman running coat check were amazing. Ira was very funny, sweet and attentive but could tell that she was on top of things, and the woman at coat check was very helpful when a tag got lost while at the counter, and she was also very nice. Great staff and service overall, and the space is really cozy especially with the upstairs. Always happy when there's an event there!
