I hired them to replace my old central heat and air conditioning about 2 or 3 years ago, they replaced ducts and all. Recently we lost a lot of air in our home so I called them they came and charged me 80.00 for a regular service where he spent five min dusting a small panel out. Then he checked my ducts only because there was air loss and told me they needed to be strapped up under my house and there needs to be a moisture barrier.
