Contract Violation : My wife and I are owners of two time share contracts at *************** at Casa Del Mar . We have booked two weeks in April / May 2023. In order to book these weeks we required 2023 maintenance fee . We ere told our maintenance fee would be $3145 for each unit. The maintenance fee was $ **** for the prior year. Bought a timeshare from GBS International / Globe Quest in Cab San Lucas, total ****. No availability in the non-peak summer months, they do not honor their contracts, customer service is terrible and hassles you for the monthly payment even when they cannot honor their agreement. BEWARE : GBS International - Globe Quest are conducting consumer *****. Terrible company! ZERO STARS if you could leave that rating!
Bought at Casa Dorado/Cabo. Booked us at Dreams Cabo. Suppose to be a junior suite, 2 double beds with just sheets, no plate ware, cups, silverware, coffee pot not working, and no help from the front desk. Good news, our daughter has 4.7 million followers on TicTok, she is making a video for us as we speak. The tictok world will know that Globe Quest is a ****.
