GBS is the worst and I would give them no stars if possible. We recieved a 300 credit offer to refer a friend and they made me spend hours to get the 300 but finally had to get my CC to dispute the amount and I think they are tge worst and they will never get my busness again

Historically, we could book a year in advance if we prepaid our dues. That is, I could book for 2024 at the beginning of 2023. This company and Ashley ********* are absolute scammers for providing and selling this warranty service with furniture purchases. It has now been over 2 months since filing my claim for a critically damaged peice of furniture that is less than 2 years old that has a 5 year full warranty plan. I have been given the run around since day one and through every step of the claims process. I paid for this vacation "service" club in full on May 22, 2024. On May 24,2024 I submitted a written request to cancel this service directly at the facility where I purchased it. I was told I had 5 days to rescind.I did some research and found that many people viewed this service as a scam. A Time Share in vacation club clothing. Breaching contracts. Weeks are not available - they are changing the rules
We were trying to book some resorts last minute using some of our UVC free nights. Going through the website to find availability wasn't getting it done. We finally were able to talk with UVC representative ******* who solved all our problems. She found multiple options where we were able to quickly match our schedule and preferences and decide on our vacation. ******* set up the reservation, got us the room type we wanted, and completed the reservation including transportation. Really bad customer service and unreliable. I just tried to book my week in **** a full year in advance and they claim there is no availability
ZERO STARS A chop shop. The worst experience of my life. This company should be put down! They are a bait and switch company. When things don't go the way they want, they just hang up on you. All the representatives have fake names and there are no real managers. They extended my nights do to COVID because the term of my plan was affected and unable to use for a couple years.
