Thanks to Kathleen for helping me out yesterday when I was in pain and I was wearing the wrong shoes to train for the half-marathon in. It was my first running shoe fitting, so I learned a lot about what I was doing wrong! I love my new Brooks!

Nikki was very attentive and knowledgeable and the whole team treated me like I had just joined their family. I almost forgot what customer service looked like, thanks for the reminder.

Love this store! Friendly, helpful employees who will literally spend hours fitting you with the right shoes!! If something isn't right, or you're not happy with it, they will bend over backward making it right. Best customer service anywhere!!
