They are usually good at getting you what you want shoe wise, but this visit they did not seen to helpful with making sure the same shoe was what I needed and tried to give me a shoe that would not work. I knew it would not work as they always try the same thing. But other then that all was good
Fantastic customer service. I especially appreciate that they want me to LOVE whatever I buy and bring it back if it's not the perfect fit. I always, always buy my running shoes at Gazelle. Worth every penny.

Horrible customer service. Employee came up to us and said he would be right back then left and went to help someone else and never returned. Told him I needed some insoles recommended by the ortho doc. I explained I didn’t know a lot about them. He said oh ya they’re over on the wall just go pick some out.
