Bought a pair of Brooks a few months ago. I was putting them on to run the other day and gave the tongue a tug to straighten it...it came off! Took them into Gazelle today and they were replaced, no questions asked! Excellent customer service, thank you!
Thank you Gazelle Sports! I came in to try on some new running shoes and found what I thought would be the perfect pair. A short dreadmill run proved otherwise. BUT Gazelle always stands by their products and I was able to exchange the shoes for a pair that don't rub me the wrong way! Gazelle's always has the best products and the most knowledgeable staff.
