It isn't the cheapest store but the selection is top shelf and the sales professionals are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and genuine! And Gazelle gives back to the community in so many ways like sponsoring local races, helping local sports and running clubs distribute their team ware and teaming with local health organizations to run training programs and running groups ... Its a perfect example of why local sporting goods specialty stores matter to a community. Thanks Gazelle!

Gazelle is the only place I'll trust my feet with! running shoes to me are the most important part to having a successful, enjoyable, happy run! I also go to the Grand Rapids store for my sons soccer shoes! Great place to get advice on running/walking/biking just about anything! The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to assist you. You can try on every shoes in the store if you wanted too! I love this store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. The group runs that they do out of the store are well organized and a lot of fun, that is if you like running. This one is an absolute gem.
Great service! She helped me to find the best shoes for my needs, which include dealing with tendonitis in my arches, pronation problems in my stride and needing strong but lightweight shoes for my body type. She gave me a handout relevant to my needs and suggested a stretching ball for my arch. This store was recommended to me by several people. I wish I had taken their advice sooner.
