Before moving to Memphis 3 months ago, I found a listing for Gayoso House online. I made several appointments for apartments downtown and in mud island. I had another one in mind as my favorite, but as soon as I stepped foot here, I knew this was the apartment for me! The staff was incredibly helpful, and went the extra mile to tell me all the great places to eat around here. The apartment is so awesome - super spacious and the location can't be beat. Real nice place to live it has been my home away from home so to speak , the ladies in the office are super super nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to live down town Memphis come to the Gayoso apartments and see Sandy, Janelle, or Mrs Carla they will be more than happy to show you around.
I've been living at Gayoso Apartment for 2 years. I love these apartments and the proximity to downtown entertainment.
So far everything is top 10! Beautiful location with incredible views.
I love Gayoso House so much..I have been here almost 9 years.. The property management staff is top notch and friendly..and the maintenance staff is very prompt and courteous. I plan on living @ Gayoso House another 9 years.i
Great atmosphere and location.. I love it!!! You could go out for drinks and fun and still close to home!!! Great downtown view and an AWESOME staff!!
