RecommendedGayoso is a beautiful place to live! It's very secure and in the heart of downtown Memphis. It's walking distance from the Orpheum, Fed Ex Forum, Beale St, and a host of restaurants. I wouldn't choose any where else to live.
I have lived in Gayoso for over 8 years and it is the absolute greatest spot for downtown living. Close to everything that you need. The Gayoso staff members are always nice and helpful. Gayoso a place where I feel safe calling it home.
GAYOSO HOUSE is the BEST!!! Place downtown to live. Great Location to everything especially Beale St. The staff is acceptional, helpful and friendly...Best Place I ever Lived!!!!
Great Classy apartments with the best and safest location Downtown Memphis. A 5 Star Rated complex with excellent management. Moved in for 6 months and have lived here for 10 years. This is home with everything you need!
Just moved into the Gayoso House Apartments. The complex is fantastic. Secure, close to restaurants and venues, and convenient to everywhere in the city, I am loving my new apartment. I had to move to the city sight unseen, so Property Manager Morgan Parsons was a godsend. Her thorough diligence and above and beyond customer service made my challenging move quite easy.
Lived here for 6 months so far and it has been an excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great security, quiet building. And you can't beat the location in the heart of downtown. Would recommend to anyone!!
I absolutely love living here, the tenants are friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to make me feel at home... Best decision I've made in a long time... And being able to walk outside and enjoy the scenery is the BEST
I recently moved here and simply love this place! The staff was so friendly during my first visit and they are always available and helpful. What I love the most, it's a clean, quiet and amazing community located near all my favorite downtown places and restaurants!
Four years ago my husband and I moved here, I love Memphis in May for all the activities that goes on; the great food; the music performances. At the end of the month the fireworks are awesome.
