RecommendedIf anyone is looking for a place to live I highly recommend living there. Staff is great and accommodating. Maintenance was on top of things when needed.
Gayoso House has the best location downtown, you walk downstairs and you're immediately in the middle of everything. There's plenty of different apartment layouts so you'll likely find something that fits what you're looking for. And the leasing staff is like family. They are extremely helpful and inviting. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather live in terms of a downtown apartment
This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept, and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of entertainment, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. The upgrades provide a major contemporary feel and the property is centrally located. My 9 year tenure here was amazing and I definitely miss my GH family!!!!!!
I lived at Gayoso/ Pembroke square for 8 years. I absolutely loved living here! The staff are amazing! If it wasn’t for me taking a position in another state I would still be living here. I highly recommend this apartment community!!

Great people, great location.
I’ve just signed my second lease with this place. Great staff that is willing to work with you, clean all the time with friendly staff in the whole building. Amazing views and amenities(the rooftop is awesome). This place is close to EVERYTHING! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Gayoso House apartments. Location is excellent, it’s safe place to live and office staff are very friendly and helpful.
This is the Best Location for Downtown living! Also, the on-site Security, Maintenance, and Office Staff are quick to response to any issues (even in the middle of the night)!!
