My husband and I wanted to send this out and say thank you. The quick response with which the AC unit was repairs is much appreciated. Being landlords ourselves we understand that home repairs, especially emergencies, can be a big stress and financial burden. So again, thank you.

I have been very satisfied with Gayner Property Management. I've been renting a house in the Anderson Mills subdivision for almost two years, and have found this management company to be first rate. When I have a maintenance concern - they respond promptly, and resolve any issues I have. My phone calls are responded to in a very timely manner, and I plan to rent from them for many years to come.
