great view...excellent service – the food was wonderful and my wife enjoyed the blackened salmon. the atmosphere was as good as the food.

Wonderful Stay! – Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary. the people are great and treat you like royalty, of which, i am. The price was pretty expensive to for each night, but not more than what we expected. the sheets and bed were so comfortable, I wanted to stay in them all day. We're from San Diego so downtown is not new to us, but staying here was very special. Can't wait to do it again.

Great Place for Business Traveler – Had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador this week. A wonderful boutique hotel that personalizes in service, style, and quality unlike big chain hotels. My room was spacious and the front desk always went out of their way to help. Good location downtown for business travelers.

Beware! Westin Buckhead Employs Convicted Felons! – Heads up to all Atlanta tourists... The Westin Buckhead (3391 Peachtree Rd NE Atlanta, Ga), adjacent to Lenox mall, employs convicted felons! One such felon, who works in the Banquet department, has been convicted of credit card theft, credit card fraud & firearm possession! Ok Place – Great rooms, but has some rude staff. Most staff is nice (like Clifford) but some seem to not understand that in business, the customer is always right. Also, when our air conditioner stopped working and we called them at 3 pm to fix it please. When we got back to our room at 10 pm no one had ever been in our room to check it. To add to that, every day, from morning to night, it smelled like weed in our hotel hallway.

Luxury hotel – The rooms were very pleasant and the bed was great. I went for business when there were no conventions and got a great deal. I love the look and feel of the lobby. Very much still like it would have looked 30-40 years ago. Wish they had a few more people on staff to check people in, but was a great experience overall.

Right behind a Taco Cabana – It was easy to find coming from the airport and I liked that it was right behind a Taco Cabana. Breakfast was good also.

Best Hotel with great hospitality – Recently i stayed at the Courtyard Parmer Lane, in North Austin. I had a very good experience. Superp service, the front desk executive were polite and attentive. Nice and clean rooms with all the facilities such as flat screen TV's, good rest room facilities and a convenient bed. In addition to that, free wi-fi in the lobby, good workout facilities, indoor pool. Very big surprise in the hotel is that it has a bar with good selection of wines.
