Unfortunately, this rating is not because Dr. Gavini is not a great doctor but because his office staff is horrible. I have been calling the office for 3 week's now trying to get my son's records for an IEP meeting at his school and no one is returning my calls. I NEED this information and have said this on every message I have left. This is after my horrible experiences I had with them when visiting is the office. We stopped going to Dr. Gavini due to his office staff.

I have no intentions of bringing my children back to Dr. Gavin’s office, Dr Gavini has lost his skills as a trained Doctor every since Dr. Rachel left him and went on to be a better physician. Dr. Gavini lacks proper bedside manners and very rarely fully examines or listen to patient issues, that's why I have lost all respect for him as a doctor as well as the rude and unprofessional office staff. Dr Gainis office staff rarely fully listen to patient issues that's why I have lost all respect for this office and will no longer have my child as a patient. Rude and unprofessional office staff. Do not work well with children. I have reported it to Dr. Gavini himself but nothing was done. It is with great pleasure to find another physician because my child deserve better than what your office has to offer.
