Very professionally run office.
Today I had been suffering from pain from my right hip to my knee for 6 days. X-rays were taken of my right knee and both hips. Dr. Duffy explained the results and gave me a cortisone shot in the right knee and suggested physical therapy as well as an MRI of my back. Dr. Duffy was pleasant and explained the situation well. I will be back.
The front desk was very helpful. iPad was a bit of an issue. X-ray tech was fast and efficient.PA/nurse was very attentive and knew how to joke around! Will finished up the visit in no time.
All staff were attentive and friendly. That is not always my experience in doctor offices.
Dr. Duffy , listen to me as a patient, understood my concerns .
Dr. Duffy was thorough and clear in his assessment of my issues and a treatment plan moving forward. The entire staff was welcoming and kind.
From the start was a horrible experience, prepped for surgery in a supply room (felt like an assembly line surgery), no assistance at night for pain and not very nice when dr. and staff realized that the surgery failed. Implant never fit properly, was loose, painful and had to be removed. Old style posterior approach leaving over a foot long scar on backside that looks horrible. Met a couple of patients since with similar experience.
Very professional.
Dr Duffy determined the best path for my treatment by analyzing the data and was not looking for surgical fees.
