Radiology took my hip xray with my shorts on, so the zipper of my shorts was present as an artifact on the xray. My understanding as someone who has taken Radiology courses that this is bad practice as the zipper could cover a problem with my anatomy. I have been seen with SE Ortho for my knees, feet, and hips and lower back, all by different doctors. I can’t say enough about Dr. Duffy and my visit. He was my second opinion and should have been my first. Thank you for taking your time and explaining everything with me and going over the X-rays with me and getting a game plan together. I was so scared was told I needed bilateral knee replacements by another surgeon and I just felt like that was not what I needed. And my gut was right to go see Dr Duffy and get my second opinion. The staff is amazing and kind and smiling quick and I hardly had to wait. It was perfect.
Very impressed today with Dr. Duffy and his care team. All were very welcoming & professional. Dr. Duffy explained my diagnosis in easily understood terms, and went through my X-rays with me to ensure I understood and my questions were answered.
Dr. Duffy is the best doctor ever! He always listens carefully and explains until I understand. His diagnoses are thorough and accurate and treatment always works. He is most highly recommended!

Dr, Duffy listened and made me explain how I felt. He then gave me steps to help with my knee pain.
Dr Duffy and his team were very prompt and courteous. They diagnosed my problems and we have an action plan.
Have experienced several visits with this Orthopedist for various diagnoses. He cares about you and explains everything about the problem in detail and takes time to answer questions.
I had a total hip replacement by Dr. Duffy 2 years ago. After stating that I was still in pain and told it was all in my head, an x-ray showed that the device did not attach to the bone and it was loose causing the pain. I needed a revision and Dr. Duffy does not do revisions. Because of the size of my incision (over 1 ft long, butt to my thigh) I was told by a revision surgeon that performs anterior THR, that he would have to use Dr. Duffys incision to go in and it would be a much larger incision to remove device and longer... read more
