It's a lot if fun compared to many work out rules and you hear a great work out as well. Always fun tonwork some muscle groups you didn't know you had. And their clinics are great for teaching you better methods and proper forms when working out!

Great, personal fitness/kickboxing/self defense studio that is small group/private training for all fitness levels! Trainers truly get to know you and your goals.
Just did my trial today. Was awesome. Was a bit nervous when I first entered, a bit intimidated but was really great workout. They helped me throughout each activity and was there for me through the entire gauntlet. I've never been so hyped after a workout. Thought I would leave drained but left in a really positive mood. Really good stress relief. I went there through uber since I don't have a ride but was really awkward. But had a uber back and was hyped and kept an ongoing conversation with my driver. Gauntlet Fitness has been an absolute Godsend for me. As some who has, in the past, struggled with working out in a regular gym environment, Gauntlet has given me the confidence to workout around others. The environment is amazing with such high energy.
