Alwaya a good experience. Dr. Gaughf and all her staff are top-notch.
Visit was f/u after Blu light with acid. PA Amy was the clinician. Always very attentive - she checked my face, asked questions discussed new Rx that may be beneficial. This is typical of every visit. Care starts with cordial front office, then medical assistants, and Dr. Gaughf or the PA.
Long time patient and the only criticism I have is that for me, I don’t like automated communication. Also when leaving a VM on medical line it doesn’t always get passed on to Dr. Bottom line communications could use improvement but medical care is awesome!!
I made an appointment with her to have a mole removed on my back. They made an appointment and I found out the day before it was with a nurse. They they did a “full body” check and it took her every bit of 2 minutes, she took her gloves off, told me I was good to go, there was nothing concerning, to check out of up front, and left. I went to go pay of course and I asked the woman if that was normal for them to not remove a mole if that was what the appointment was for...she said it would be a cosmetic charge because it wasen... read more

They are wonderful. I see Dr Amy and she gets right to business. She has kept my psoriasis under control for years. I will continue to see her . Highly recommend this practice.
