Office staff friendly and informative. I feel Dr Gaughf did a good job removing some old age barnacles-however her bedside manner could use some work. A little small talk with the patient would be nice-esp since I was a new patient. I don’t think she even introduced herself!! Her assistant was very pleasant, professional, and skilled. (And she introduced herself!)
Friendly staff and assistants. Best word to describe Dr. Gaugh is abrupt. I might consider looking for a different dermatologist.....maybe she was just having a bad day..
Professional, patient comfort is a primary concern, friendly, efficient, and extremely kind and honest in their assessments and outcomes. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Gaughf, Amy and associates.
Severe Poison Ivy infection
Dr. Gaughf and her entire staff do a great job. Would not consider going to anyone else.
I visited the Richmond Hill location and saw PA Amy Millsap...she is always professional yet personable and spot-on with the treatment she provides. The entire staff is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with dermatology issues.
Saw PA not Dr Gaughf, never met Dr, can't rate. Gave 3 so could send.
Great experience, my husband was very impressed with her professional manner and her quickness to spot problems on his skin.
As usual, customer service was outstanding, care professional and through. I have no explanation why other doctors practices can’t function like this one.
