Saw Amy for some minor issues. As always, she was friendly and professional and took care of me quickly and safely. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.
The waiting room and exam room were comfortable and clean, and staff were helpful and friendly. I only waited a few minutes before I was called in and a medical assistant was in the room to begin the exam process. The exam was completed by PA, Amy Milsap who was familiar with my needs. She was caring and knew exactly what I needed once she examined me. I have had skin cancer issues for 20 years and have been to many dermatologists over the years. I have to say Dr. Gaughf is by far the best. She has very good surgical skills. She is attentive to my concerns and takes care of my skin issues. I won't go to any other dermatologist now except for Dr. Gaughf. Also her office is clean and her personnel are courteous.
I was very pleased with the staff, nurse, and Dr. Gaughf. The experience was professional, yet friendly. The nurse was awesome with the numbing shots - I could barely feel the shots at all. Dr. Gaughf was awesome as well, in that I could not feel her shaving off the suspicious spots on my skin. Should I need her services again, I will definitely return to her office.
