I've been a patient for over 8 years and recommend Blair to everyone! She is so sweet and takes great care of me. Blair, the receptionists and nurses in the Pooler office are all are so friendly! They know me and make me feel like I matter. Thank you

This was my first time using Gaughf Dermatology and unfortunately the email I received validating my appointment indicated that it was at their Pooler office. I arrived 30 minutes early, but the door was locked. After waiting another 15 minutes I called the main office and they informed me that the Pooler office was closed on Thursday's and my appointment was actually at the Stephenson office. Carolyn has been a patient for 24 years traveling 30 miles to her appointment. She has developed a good rapport with the doctor with much confidence in her skin care. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

Unprofessional. Appointment was in the morning, waited in the dark waiting room while the staff had their morning gossip session in back for 15 minutes before anyone would come check me in or talk to me (yes, the office was supposed to be open already) then got to listen to them complain about patients and how they had to work until 4 PM. When I did get seen she spent all of 2 seconds looking at me, wrote a few notes and then walked out of the room - no goodbye, no have a nice day. I went for an annual skin scan. One small lesion was removed and others investigated. The assistant and doctor were very professional, answered all questions, and once I got in, things moved quickly. I will go again. The only downside was that I had a 3:45 appointment, and didn't see any health professional until 4:45. If they knew they were running as much as an hour late, I would have appreciated a text.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gaughf for several years. My first visit, she immediately spotted a tiny mole on my throat that seemed innocuous to me. It was melanoma. I continue with my visits for melanoma and some other skin issues. I would not consider going anywhere else. Every aspect of the business is run very professionally and I have many times recommend her to others
