Absolutely horrible place to go. They have cockroaches all through the building. They are unethical to clients by gaslighting them and there’s been times a client has gone an entire 28 day stay without ever seeing a counselor. The director has created an extremely toxic environment. They’ve kicked clients out for things that other clients get away with. Go to another addictions treatment center.
Worked for the agency for 10 years, it was a great family based place to work until 2019. In 2019 new executive leadership took over and all staff and local leadership that had any sense left the agency. It was sad for Gaudenzia but no effort was made to keep great leaders. The new agency leadership is not staff or client oriented it has turned towards bottom line oriented. It’s very sad!
