I’m from 🇨🇦 had delivery done in le mars ia, got engine fault my company arranged GATR REPAIR shop while going to pick up next load from Marshalltown iA went to GATR much appreciated the staff for everything they helped me great service positive attitude, Andrew you are the best thank you you for fixing my truck and others whole was your team appreciate guys and bbq was sooo yummy 😋 feel like home thank you GATR TEAM STAY BLESSED 😊

Almost never fix the issue first time and almost always have to send trucks back for warranty repairs and the whole new service staffing has no idea the hundreds of thousands of dollars we have spend here and the countless mistakes there mechanics have made on our trucks so they act like everything is our truck’s fault and play every mistake off like it never happened, people are nice and get you in and out pretty fast but overall gatr service in Cedar Rapids really sucks
