Great experience for me. When I inquired about the trailer online I had a online rep. Contact me within 20-30 min later. Told them what I was looking for and what location I wanted to pick it up at. I made my 2.5 hr. drive to Atlanta to pick it up The owner had all my paperwork ready and trailer out ready for me to back up to. Was there less than 10 minutes and was a pleasant experience.
