I would like to give a shoutout to Garrett, David, and Mikey for putting in our new unit. they came in on their day off and installed it. They were exceptionally polite with my mom and fiance and I was truly impressed with the customer service. My wiring was funky and they still managed to make sure that it ended up working out just right. This company is a good one with humble employees and fantastic manners which isn't seen much nowadays. I would definiely recommend this company.

Mikey is legit awesome! Repairs can be expensive and scary and this guy genuinely cares. I wouldn't use any other company! Thanks Mikey!

Gator Heating and Air Conditioning sent some angry old guy to my house at 9:30pm while it was 80 degrees in my house so he could stick a thermometer in the coldest part of the ineffective portable AC units they gave us (the same ones that when googled are described as ineffective by literally every website to be found) and "prove" my girlfriend and I were being 'entitled' about the conditions of our living space. Apparently the definition of 'entitled' is a combat veteran getting a Master's degree who wants it to be under 85... read more

I have been using Gator Heating and Air for several years and all of the employees have been nice. Tony is the best technician you have, he was knowledgeable, nice and professional. The service he gave was better than outstanding- Don’t let this guy go or I will take my business elsewhere- he is an incredible asset to your company Lauren
