I didn't like the fact that you have to give up your money up front and the will notify you by close of business next day with a decision. The "I owe you" is a joke...I still have an issue but I refuse to take it back to them. Prior to buying....take the vehicle to the dealer and let them run test on it....ugghhhh I am very displeased with their service.
Bob and James were both awesome. I was able to get the car I wanted in 48 hours out the door. I can not extend how grateful I am for such a wonderful car buying experience!
