I bought a 2014 juke from this dealership. I had problems with gap before so I went there to cancel my gap insurance... nothing on file... I payed 695.00 for this and got refunded 635 for something never even filed. after several attemps they finally came up with gap paper work... I never signed and had someone else forge my signature. secondly I was told my first oil change was free..... got there they say no. no one ever told me that.... anyone with gap from tis company please make sure you do actually have it... im also f... read more
