My service technician and I hope I remembered his name correctly Corey. Corey did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his work. Checking my unit to ensure that the problem was resolved. Corey was courteous and polite in speakingwith me about the issues he had to address.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable Emily to share that knowledge. He showed me what was going on though air conditioner and explained it he showed up on time didn’t take any shortcuts. He was very prompt and giving us an estimate on a new air conditioner temporary AC into our house.

Extremely prompt and effective. Made a same day emergency appointment. Torrie showed up within an hour and had identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Also stayed to make sure the repairs worked. Excellent customer service. 10/10. Give Torrie a raise!

Our initial contact with Gator air was with Robert he checked out our system and he advised us that we needed a new AC our old one was not keeping up and not keeping the house cool. On the day our new AC arrived Robert and John arrive promptly on time they worked effortlessly through the extreme heat of the day.
