I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received for my 2 1/2 year old heat pump units. The complicated malfunction (to me) was quickly diagnosed and repaired, and not the fault of the unit. The dedication of the technician and part owner and attention to detail were in contrast to other service companies. They are not the biggest, but certsinly the best! And no surcharge for credit card payments! They are on my team now.

Gator Air & Energy (GAE) replaced my aging air conditioner unit about a year and a half ago. The customer support was easy to get in touch and cordial. My experience with GAE hasn’t been positive. After they replaced the unit, a couple of months later, I had to pay over $1,000 to replace an old line. This work should have been done to begin with. Nobody connects something new to something old. Torrie was successful in dislodging a big clog in my condensate drain that would not respond to my shop vac. He worked hard and was cheerful and informative. I highly recommend him and Gator Air and Energy!
