We booked this hotel because of it's location and were very pleasantly surprised by the room. I wasnt really expecting a suite but we got one of the two suites and it was like having your own apartment. Tons of space atmosphere was great. The food for breakfast was phenomenal. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
RecommendedQuaint step back in time. Very clean and friendly. Nice breakfast and hubby happy there was always fresh coffee. Pool was warm and clean. Friendly staff. Could walk to everything.
RecommendedThere is no better place to stay in Gatlinburg or any other town around. Very clean, staff very courteous. Breakfast is great, and they keep it stocked and fresh. Location is perfect at the center of Parkway (the main road) and has really great views of the surrounding mountains and town. Each room is up to date, while still using the original furniture and having an old time feel to it. My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

RecommendedTaking a step back in time today. The southern hospitality is wonderful and it takes me back to my childhood visiting the smokies with my grandparents! If your ok with simplicity, cleanliness and want to feel at home, you'll love the southern charm! This is a great place right in the middle of the strip next to the skylift. Rustic and outstanding location. The staff is friendly and awesome. We stayed on 3rd floor this time and had two balconies. Great place to relax and enjoy the sites from your room or short walks to venues. The staff are world class.
RecommendedWe have stayed at this Inn on two occasions and plan to stay many more times! All the staff members are super nice. The rooms we have stayed in were really clean ,the bathroom had been updated. NICE!! I love the feel of this Inn and always love looking at the pictures located through out. The Inn has so much history � The breakfast— AWESOME! The best breakfast . Lots of variety. I love the fried potatoes , biscuits and gravy. Our last stay was our honeymoon, so yes - this is our special place !
