We just left from our first visit here. I have never been so happy. Our room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was incredible. Once you park there's no need to move your vehicle since it's located in the heart of Gatlinburg. Now let me tell you a little about the staff. First time staying here, love love this place, very clean, comfortable & everyone is so friendly, we have stayed in many places & never seen a place so well kept & clean, love all the antique furniture, sitting outside at night in the rocking chairs by the fireplace was so relaxing, having a place to parking & everything was walking distance, we will be back to stay here,

Been going to Gatlinburg for 50 years. The Gatlinburg Inn is the best hotel ever! The staff is awesome. You will feel like there're you're family before you leave. And Caleb does a wonderful job. His FB live post keep us informed and make us feel like we are a part of the hotel while we sadly wait our next trip back. My heart breaks when I leave and his videos help me make it thru.
