Great place to stay. Location is perfect - right in the heart of downtown and a few blocks from campus! Amenities are nice and overall is just a cool place to stay.

The management really knows how to run a great complex, they host fun events for residents and keep the facilities top notch.
I’ve been living here since august and we’ve had to call maintenance probably 10 times. There’s constantly feces, vomit, pee, and god knows whatever else in the stair well. You can’t even walk down there without stepping in something disgusting. The staff told us there would be a bus route but there’s not. Our ice machine in the fridge has been broken since we moved in and no one has yet figured out to fix nor cares to. The apartment is disgusting and not at all worth the money they’re asking for. There are thieves in the building and management is too incompetent to deal with it, the appliances are so cheap they are falling apart, it takes weeks to get maintenance to come, and they cannot get their billing correct.
The floors and walls are filfthy and the complex has been open for only 3 months. theres vomit sprayed on residents walls and constant dog feces throughout the hall ways, in the stair well and smeared in the carpet. the rooms themselves are nice but I would not recommend the property based off the cleanliness, especially for the price and advertised as luxury living.
The staff will NOT follow through with promises or incentives! The apartments are filthy! Staff will NOT help you or work with you!!! They are rude and disrespectful!! Students are trashing the amenities so bad that every time I try to take my dog out there is either poop, trash, or glass in the stairwells! I hate living here! It is not at all worth the money they charge!! Please don’t let them take advantage of you like we have been taken advantage of!
